Relax and make your self at home in one of our BEACH FRONT, OCEAN FRONT condos. When you stay with us, you will find yourself in the middle of all you want to do. Each of our units are directly on the BEACH. In fact, from our FIRST FLOOR Honeymoon suite, you step from the living room onto the deck by the pool and out onto the beach where you complementary beach lounges and umbrellas await. Each rental unit is OCEAN FRONT AND BEACH FRONT and offers spectacular sunrises and sunsets or sit with a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins swim right off the beach. Guests will have access to 3 pools on site, a grilling / picnic area, and free Wi-Fi in all areas.

There is no parking deck or walkover to contend with at Sunbird. There are plenty of elevators and normally you will not wait for an elevator! This is a gated community.

Sunbird is close to it all. Your condo is right next door to Pinapple Willy's and just down the street from Dee's Hideaway, Club LaVela and Spinnikers. There is a Walmart around the corner and plenty of shopping at Pier Park.

Our 805 East unit at the Sunbird is our favorite.

It has one bedroom on the Gulf. The views are stunning, you can literally see 20 miles up and down the beach.

Sunbird B Unit with a bright beach décor. This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, king bed and sliding glass door from the bedroom to the balcony. Everything you need to have a great time at the beach.

This unit sleeps 4 with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit is super clean as it has been the owners’ personal unit.

This deluxe suite includes dedicated internet access for this unit only with a landline phone for all occupants.

Ironing board and iron are provided.

This unit does not have daily maid service but all bed linens and towels are provided for use in the unit.

Bath towels from the unit are not allowed on the beach.

Our 909 condo features a kitchen and a separate living area. The new owners have fully refurnished the condo late June 2012 and provided fresh, attractive surroundings for their renters with everything you will need for a relaxing beach vacation! The cute cobalt ceramic tiled kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There is even a full spice rack! The bedroom is a sunny yellow with a queen bed, closet, and TV. The living room sleeper sofa is a queen pull out for two children or extra guests.
